Come explore seasonal beers from one of Milwaukee's finest, Lakefront Brewery. Chef Jerry Garcia and his team have put together a fine 5 course pairing menu to compliment these fine beer selections. We will be closing the restaurant for this event from 6-9pm. The charge is $50 per person which includes tax and gratuity. Reservations are needed as we have a limit of 50 guests for this event. Jerked Sea Scallops (Sweet Diver Scallops dusted with a Jerk season blend and served over a root Vegetable and spicy sausage hash and finished with a Rum Butter sauce and spicy whipped pineapple)
Smoked Beer Cheese Soup (Creamy smoked Gouda cheese with Octoberfest Lager and topped with green onion spaetzle and pretzel croutons)
Strawberry Salad (Field Greens salad topped candied walnuts, feta cheese, fried leeks, fresh sliced strawberries. Topped with an Apriocot Vinaigrette)
Tandoori Duck (Tender leg od duck marinated and roasted. Served over Curry Rutabaga and Basmati Rice and topped with fried Spinach)
